The Russian Railway Museum’s opening hours have been changed for visitors’ convenience during the New Year holidays.
The Russian Railway Museum’s opening hours have been changed for visitors’ convenience during the New Year holidays.
From January 2 to 12, 2026, the museum will be open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The ticket offices and museum admission close one hour before the museum closes.
The museum will be closed on December 30 and 31, 2025, and on January 1 and 13, 2026.
From January 14, the museum will operate on its regular schedule.
Admission tickets, as well as tickets for the “Diesel Locomotive Driver’s Cab” simulator, can be purchased on the museum’s official website. Tickets go on sale two weeks in advance.
A visit will be even more interesting with the museum’s free mobile app, which offers themed audio guides, 3D exhibit models, documents from the collections, and lots of useful information. Learn more and download it at: https://dp.rzd-museum.ru/
