The Russian Railway Museum holds an anniversary blood donation drive
On Monday, June 15, 2026, the Russian Railway Museum and the St. Petersburg City Blood Transfusion Station held the fifth, anniversary “Donor Day” drive. Fifty-four people donated blood in the exhibition.

Anyone could take part in the drive. A doctor’s consultation was provided before the procedure. After donating, participants were offered hot tea and sweets, as well as souvenirs and certificates for visiting the museum.
The Russian Railway Museum actively supports blood donation. In addition to the annual blood drive, award ceremonies for honorary donors are held in the exhibition. Holders of the titles “Honorary Donor of St. Petersburg,” “Honorary Donor of Russia,” and “Honorary Donor of the USSR” can visit the Russian Railway Museum free of charge on any day.
