The Petersburg Diary New Year’s Post is operating at the Russian Railway Museum ice rink
From December 22 to 29, 2025, visitors can freely choose and send a postcard to anywhere in Russia at the rental point of the Russian Railway Museum ice rink. This year, the postcards feature drawings by young artists depicting St. Petersburg.

The ice rink operates on the grounds of the Russian Railway Museum through February 28, 2026, every day from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with no days off (on January 1, 2026, it will be open from 4:30 p.m.). Skate rental, a heated changing room, lockers, and hot drinks are available. The ice area covers 1,100 square meters. A Christmas tree and music create a festive atmosphere.
Tickets can be purchased on the website or at the Russian Railway Museum ticket offices on the day of the visit.
