The International Railway Salon of the 1520 space, “PRO//Motion.EXPO,” will take place at the Russian Railway Museum
The International Railway Salon of the 1520 space, “PRO//Motion.EXPO,” the largest exhibition in Eastern Europe and the CIS by the number of full-size exhibits, will take place on the grounds of the Russian Railway Museum from August 28 to 31, 2025.
The International Railway Salon of the 1520 space, “PRO//Motion.EXPO,” the largest exhibition in Eastern Europe and the CIS by the number of full-size exhibits, will take place on the grounds of the Russian Railway Museum from August 28 to 31, 2025.
The exhibition consists of two parts: “Business Days” on August 28–29 for industry professionals and “Open Roads Days” on August 30–31 for everyone. Badges are already available on the exhibition’s official website.
Visitors to “Open Roads Days” can look forward to fascinating workshops, themed lectures, quizzes, and a varied children’s program. The highlight will be an exciting dynamic display of historic railway equipment. The display will be dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Spectators will be able to watch from stands specially installed along the railway tracks.
The “PRO//Motion.Expo” exhibition, with a history of more than 50 years, will be held in St. Petersburg for the second time. The salon was first held at the Russian Railway Museum in 2023. In 2025, more than 130 companies from Russia, China, and the CIS countries will present innovative projects and technical developments.
During the International Railway Salon of the 1520 space, “PRO//Motion.EXPO,” the Russian Railway Museum can be visited only with exhibition badges; museum tickets will not be sold separately.
