The Russian Railway Museum explains the procedure for receiving benefits

The Russian Railway Museum explains which documents are required for free museum admission for large families and families of participants in the Special Military Operation.

Free tickets for large families are provided at the museum ticket office upon presentation of all the following documents:

A standard certificate confirming large-family status in the Russian Federation, in the form approved by Order No. 1725-r of the Government of the Russian Federation dated June 29, 2024; identity documents for each member of the large family (a Russian citizen’s passport or temporary identity card issued while it is being replaced, or a birth certificate); and a student ID or certificate of full-time study (for children aged 18 to 23).

The large-family certificate and identity documents may be presented electronically.

Under Presidential Decree No. 63 of January 23, 2024, “On Measures of Social Support for Large Families,” a large family in the Russian Federation is a family with three or more children. Social support measures are provided until the oldest child reaches 18, or 23 if the child is studying full-time at an educational institution.

Participants in the Special Military Operation and their families must present a certificate in the form approved by Government Resolution No. 1354 of October 9, 2024, to receive free tickets.
