The “Cosmos” space will open at the Russian Railway Museum for one day

For one day only, on April 12, 2026, the Russian Railway Museum will open a space devoted to the connection between space exploration and railways.

Visitors will learn the stories of cosmonauts whose careers began on the railway. On this day, they will be able to see a Russian Railways flag that traveled to the International Space Station in 2022 and is held in the museum’s collection. One of the halls will feature a ceiling projection creating the atmosphere of space travel, accompanied by space-themed music.

The space will open in the “Future Zone” in Building N. Access is included with a museum admission ticket.
